ORDERS^

When will my order arrive?

All items will be shipped within three days of purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed the same day they are received. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. (State if free shipping or not?)

How will I know you’ve received my order?

When ordering online, you can request to receive an order confirmation via email. Just click on the appropriate box on the payment information page, ensure your email address is correct, and you will receive and email confirming your order after you click on “purchase.” Additionally, you will be given your order number on the order confirmation page after you submit your order. Be sure to jot this number down and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.

What delivery methods are available?

Rush deliveries are available for an additional fee. Express Delivery: $15

2nd Day Deliver (2 business days): $22

Overnight Delivery (next business day): $32

Delivery prices of items are charged according to the weight of items purchased.

Can I ship items to more than one address when placing my order online?

We are happy to ship items to more than one address, but unfortunately, we cannot do so online within a single order at this time. If you would like to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you can enter separate orders online. We regret any inconvenience and promise to make this easier in the future – keep in the loop!

How do I check the status of my order?

Please include your name, address, and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. However custom orders cannot be changed.

Where can I find information about past orders?

Do you have any promotions or discounts?

Yes. We post our promotions on the website. Stay tuned!

PAYMENT METHODS^

What forms of payment does Brach’s Bed & Bath accept?

Whether you’re ordering online or by phone you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Network, or American Express. We also accept payment via Apple Pay and PayPal for orders placed online.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped.

Do you offer deferred billing?

No.

SHIPPING^

When will my order ship?

Your purchase will be shipped within three days.

How will I know my order has shipped?

For in- stock items, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within1-2 business days of placing your order.

Can I ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally currently.

Are taxes and duties included?

No.

RETURNS^

We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your order, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Your comfort is our promise. What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at yides.brachslinen@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders. Exchanges are the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. The way to do this is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

As soon as we get back the merchandise, the refund will be sent the same day.
